Took some more pictures of my new doll with the new double jointed hips. I had her doing Yoga for some shots. She is too flexible!

Her face is interminably sweet and moving and now her body is even more so too! My eyes are already gliding over the new joints…

As always it takes me some time to get used to the new features. But I honestly can say, that I like them much, although was afraid they would broke a great line of legs. Bravo, Marina! What is her name?

I love her posing, it’s so warm… And I must say her face is divine, especially in combination with the darker blonde hair. She seems a gentle and caring yet durable soul. I’m in love!

While I love the long, lean lines of the original Enchanted Dolls’ legs, I must say that the mobility of this doll is just amazing! Those poses look so incredibly real.

The joints don’t bother me, and the posability is incredible. She does look real, her lines are so graceful and natural. I agree with everyone on the face, she is darling. Marina, your painting improves even when it seems it couldn’t be any better. I want!!!! (as always).

does she have the same face as Skylar? she’s beautiful, i love the first photo especially.
July 19th, 2012 09:54

Waooooooooooooo adorable
July 19th, 2012 15:00
i just noticed you used the same hands as in your Rubenesque dolls for this one. very cool.
July 19th, 2012 15:47
Oh my gosh, I am so in love with her! The joints look awesome and her face is my new favorite, I agree with the above comments… Your painting just gets better and better! I absolutely LOVE that first picture, the flexibility of the new joints is just amazing. I want her!!! (ok, I’ll stop gushing now, lol!)

This body is PERFECTION! You do every day more realistic shapes, she looks so alive!!
July 20th, 2012 07:06
She’s lovely, that first picture is especially exquisite
July 20th, 2012 09:24
She is breathtaking!
July 20th, 2012 13:08
If I were to discribe PERFECTION , I would dicribe exactly what I see !
July 20th, 2012 13:49
I’m charmed but for me it’s too much. charm dolls are limited movements too. She is more a human than a doll.
July 20th, 2012 15:39
It looks great, I didn’t expect it to look that good but it does!
July 20th, 2012 18:13
I like the curve of her hips very much, it seems graceful despite the changes to make her more flexible. And of course the poses are cool…any chance you might make a stop-motion video of her dancing?
July 21st, 2012 00:47
I love her poseability! And I want video too))

no offense but i think that your knee joints are very weird looking when bent. they look abit long.

Your doll looks more like one of the Buried In Oblivion Dolls from Jolanta and Katarzyna Jaworska than the Enchanted Dolls. By giving double joints to Your dolls You gained mobility but in my mind You also have lost a very special important touch that Your previous Enchanted Dolls had: dainty and gracefull look.
And this picture:
http://www.enchanteddoll.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/legjoints-5-682×1024.jpg
is a complete disaster – Your doll looks like she removed her leg from her hip and now holds it in her hands.
I definietly do not like.
I am sorry for such harsh words. I love Enchanted Dolls very much but in my mind these double joints are a step towards wrong direction.

This body is absolute perfection. While I love the other bodies, I really like the versatility and mobility aspect of this new body. I also like the way it looks, and (to me) it doesn’t look strange at all.
Also, I apologise for asking, as it’s been asked a few times, but… Will this doll ever be for sale? With this exact face and body? She’s absolutely perfect. When I saw her in the previous post, I died a little inside. It’s always intriguing to see your other dolls, but the moment I saw her face, she blew me away. It’s that feeling of “I need her!” (and I don’t get that feeling often, lol!) If I ever am fortunate enough to own one of your dolls, I’d love it to be her.

I am loving the joints! Was kinda worried at first but it turned out lovely!!
