This mixed media project is a cloisonne panel inside an etched sanitized emu egg shell. This fantasy creation may be an escape pod for futuristic travel, or the way enchanted dolls come into the world. Wouldn't you love to own the bird that laid such an egg?
Thanks so much for running this contest - it really stiumulated my creativity. I haven't made something so involved in quite a while.
