Water Lotuses

Still making many tiny beaded water lotuses. The repetition of construction without seeing any evidence of the final composition is getting a bit tedious after a few weeks of making these. Usually with bead embroidery I see my composition progress with every bead I sew down, but with this - there is just one more flower, over and over again, until I have enough to begin assembling them into a crown. I call this stage of work “A Leap of Faith”, because you just have to trust your intuition that the effort will be worth it
